Silver-based inorganic
antibacterial agent "Apacider"
Antimicrobial function
MBC test method
【Evaluation method】
MBC (Minimum Bactericidal Concentration) is the minimum concentration of a drug required to kill bacteria. After contacting the bacteria with various concentrations of the antimicrobial agent, cultivate it and confirm the minimum concentration that bacterial growth is not observed.
【Evaluation criteria】
The smaller the minimum bactericidal concentration value, the higher the effect on microorganisms.
The minimum fungicidal concentration of the apasaider (unit μg / ml)
| Fungus species / grade | AW | AK |
|---|---|---|
| Staphylococcus aureus | 3.25 | 3.25 |
| E. coli | 3.25 | 1.56 |
